pain points of traditional welded casings. The one-piece structure
fundamentally eliminates sealing failures caused by solder joint
oxidation and detachment, significantly improving the casing's
waterproof and leak-proof performance and extending the overall
battery lifespan.
After molding, the casing is cut using specialized precision
machinery, ensuring dimensional errors are controlled within 0.1mm,
resulting in smooth edges and a seamless fit with internal battery
components and external structures, greatly improving assembly
efficiency and stability.
