Solid Tire Press Machine

Introduction

The hydraulic system of the machine consists of hydraulic system and hydraulic system of the auxiliary machine. This machine hydraulic system is composed of the high-pressure pump, solenoid valve, pressure relief valve, check valve, pressure indicator and oil cylinder.

High pressure relief valve is the oil pressure setting of high pressure pump, its maximum setting value is 21.5MPa.

Product Features

Built with the operator’s safety in mind, the low pressure hydraulic system maintains lower oil temperatures which ensure the safety of the operator at all times. The cylinder activation of this forklift tire press can be easily controlled: the more the lever is engaged, the more the ram movement is accelerated. This gives the operator more control over the operation speed of the press.
